Some of the stuff I bought while in Fredericksburg:

I love this saying. It's a quote that I ran across back when I made this. I have loved it since and when I saw the sign, I figured I had to have it.

A new little Bichon...
...for my Bichon shrine...It's ok if you laugh. :)

Treats for Scout and Dash from Dogologie

I got some other little stuff, but these were my most favorite things. :)

What's on YOUR List?

I did a little bit of Christmas shopping this afternoon and it got me thinking about how I need to make my list (yes, I still make a list---sue me). Here is what I've got so far:

Or a gift card to Amazon would be nice. That way I could get any of these books sent directly to my Kindle.

I want new luggage. Something similar to this or with polka dots or giraffe print. I saw a bunch when we went to Harwin Street and now I wish I would have gotten it then.

And I really want some brown Uggs. These are my favorites:

Ugg Classic Tall Snake Boots (Thanks Courtney for telling me where to find these. They are so cute and looked adorable with everything you wore!!!)

So, that's what I've got (for now). How 'bout you?

Fredericksburg- Day 2

Natalie, Crystal, Courtney, Me

We ate lunch at the Peach Tree (that's Courtney walking out). It was a neat little restaurant that also had a gift shop. Yummy food (even though a bit pricey).

We spent a large part of the day shopping and also made time to stop back by Bejas for a drink (or in my case 3). The only difference today was that I tried the Prickly Pear Margarita and a Peaches 'N Cream Martini (in addition to a Peach Margarita). I could have done without the Prickly Pear, but the martini was GREAT! And I sure felt all of that when we got up to leave.

I think their library is so pretty!

West End Pizza where we had dinner.

Me & Courtney

There is a story to this (sort of). When Crystal called around to find a place for us to stay, the front desk clerk made sure to let Crystal know about all the amenities as well as the "saloon-style swinging doors" as if that was a bonus or perk of some sort. (What she really needed to mention was the beautiful wall decor.) Anyway, we figured we needed to get these fancy doors in a picture and what better way to do so than with the 7 of us?

I love this picture! We had just eaten pizza and were going back to our hotel. I have more pics to post, but wanted to get this one up!

Fredericksburg- Day 1

My Mom was also having a Girl's Weekend with her friend Janet, my Grandma, and my Aunt. I got to hang out with them for a couple of hours until my girls arrived. I always like seeing my Mom, even though she gets a little silly on just a little bit of wine :)

Geese at the park where we had a picnic (cheese, wine, sushi-yum!)
After everyone got there, we settled into our hotel and then went for drinks at Bejas Grill & Cantina. Best.Peach.Margarita I have ever had. Oh and the pomegranate one was good, too.

We did a little window shopping while walking to Lincoln Street Wine Market. I really liked this place. It was nice and cozy and I got to try the best Moscato I think I've ever had.
Crystal got in the wine vault for a bit.

We spent the rest of the night laughing and looking at old pictures. We always had something to talk about and there was never a dull moment. Definitely a great day!
