I got a Yudu! I haven't had a chance to play around with it, but from what I have seen it looks like it will be lots of fun! Check out this video to see how it works:
Master Bedroom
Jevon and I went to the Parade of Homes and I fell in love with a bedroom in one of the homes and would like to eventually redo our room to look similar. This is my attempt at recreating it. The paint color is Silver Sage. I love this color. In some lights it looks blue or green and in other lights it has a tint of gray. Oh and Scout and Dash are making an appearance in here, too!

Sweet Treats
My sisters may be coming up the weekend of July 4th and how fun would it be to make one or BOTH of these awesome sweet treats?
First, a hamburger (cupcake, brownie, and icing) and french fries (sugar cookies cut into strips sprinkled with sugar). Bakerella comes up with some of the neatest things I have ever seen. Take a minute and scroll through her blog and be sure to check out her cupcake pops!
Second, a Kit-Kat cake! Check out Chef Paige's cute cake here and the Tipsy Hostess' version here.

In an effort to try and begin putting together new outfits with my existing clothes, I am going to start putting together these "clothing boards." I won't be making one every day because on days I am stuck in the office, I may be wearing jeans. And that isn't very exciting, now is it? Anyway, here is what I wore today:
Gold v-neck shirt: New York & Co.
White tank: Kiyonna
Navy cardigan: Torrid
Brown flats: Shoe Dept.
Gold flower necklace: Forever 21
Wood and gold beaded bangle: American Eagle
Gold bag: Kate Spade

I cooked! Tonight we had Mexican Beef and Chip Casserole. It turned out pretty good. Here is the recipe ("Remember When We Cooked"):
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (10 1/2 ozs.) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (4ozs.) chopped green chilies
1 pkg. (9 ozs.) corn or tortilla chips
1 can (10ozs.) enchilada sauce
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Cook ground beef, onion, garlic in a skillet until meat is brown and onions are soft. In a casserole dish mix meat mixture, soup and chilies. Layer chips, enchilada sauce and cheese. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
