Oh goodness. When we were in Victoria to see Stephanie graduate, we came across Pepper. If you are from Victoria, you know who Pepper is. He decided to sing for us in Sonic parking lot for 2 bucks. He said he needed the money for his prescription for his "teeth."
David kindly reminded him that he didn't have any teeth, to which Pepper responded, "that's why they call me
Snaggapuss." I about died. Later on
Jevon said that he may have "pulled a gun out on that dude" if he came as close to his truck as he was to us at Sonic. I about died laughing (again). On a side note, Pepper said
Jevon looked like he had money because he had a "pretty goatee." L
